#097: Creative Confidence: How to Find What Helps You Thrive
Have you ever shared an idea or joined in without second-guessing yourself—then wondered why you couldn’t be that person all the time? There’s a particular ache in remembering how natural it felt, especially when the next opportunity finds you holding back.
In this solo episode, Dwight Spencer remembers standing frozen during a mirror-dance exercise at Creative Mornings, carrying old comments about how badly he danced. Then he let himself get silly, and the moment that began in self-consciousness became one of laughter and connection.
That memory opens a gentler conversation about confidence: whether it helped us participate, or whether participating helped us feel it. Dwight invites us to revisit a time we felt useful, heard, or able to share—not to demand that we become that person every day, but to notice what made that moment possible.
Sometimes it was our willingness; sometimes it was another person’s curiosity, or a little room to be unfinished. There’s space here for the creative who still hesitates, and for the possibility that we can help make showing up feel a little more possible for one another.

1
00:00:03.110 --> 00:00:12.309
This is your connections and community guy, Dwight Spencer, with…
2
00:00:12.470 --> 00:00:15.299
Dwight: Community and Becoming, for the love of creatives.
3
00:00:17.210 --> 00:00:20.459
Dwight: Have you ever had a moment when you spoke up?
4
00:00:21.000 --> 00:00:27.100
Dwight: You shared your work or offered an idea, and it felt surprisingly natural.
5
00:00:27.740 --> 00:00:32.439
Dwight: Then later, you wondered why you couldn't be that person all the time?
6
00:00:33.040 --> 00:00:43.840
Dwight: Today, I want to help you look at that moment differently. Not as a version of yourself you've lost, but as something worth understanding.
7
00:00:44.670 --> 00:00:50.690
Dwight: We're gonna find one moment when you contributed well. You discovered what helped.
8
00:00:51.570 --> 00:00:55.550
Dwight: And… Choose one thing you can try again.
9
00:00:57.230 --> 00:01:00.770
Dwight: And… There's something I want you to notice as we do this.
10
00:01:02.150 --> 00:01:04.720
Dwight: Was confidence what helped you participate?
11
00:01:05.239 --> 00:01:10.379
Dwight: Or did something about participating help you feel more confident?
12
00:01:11.770 --> 00:01:13.250
Dwight: laughs
13
00:01:13.550 --> 00:01:21.199
Dwight: Jeffrey A. I can think of a few times that I went through something like this. I remember a time when I was going through an exercise
14
00:01:21.330 --> 00:01:23.869
Dwight: At Creative Mornings, during their warm-up.
15
00:01:24.090 --> 00:01:42.939
Dwight: And the chosen activity was to do a mirror dance exercise. And I was so self-conscious because I had so many experiences where people would tell me, oh, you dance horribly, you got two left feet. So I had that working for me. And then I was the one to go first.
16
00:01:42.940 --> 00:01:57.719
Dwight: And so there I was with the then host of Creative Mornings standing there stupefied at me because she's like, what's the deal? Aren't you moving? And then I was like, okay, let go and just have fun with it. Just…
17
00:01:57.900 --> 00:02:07.010
Dwight: get silly. And I did. I got into it, I started doing big movements, and jumping around, and having a good time, and…
18
00:02:07.030 --> 00:02:24.579
Dwight: But by the time it was her turn to switch, we were really into it. We were both laughing like crazy, and we definitely felt the point of the exercise. We were warmed up, we were giddy, we were happy, we were ready for what came next. It was beautiful.
19
00:02:25.520 --> 00:02:32.879
Dwight: And the thing is, I can look on that experience and think, there were so many other times when I was just
20
00:02:33.650 --> 00:02:45.699
Dwight: just not able to rise to the occasion. I was… I would just be like, meh, whatever. You know, I'll… I'll be the one that's sitting out, or, yeah, I'm not gonna put myself out there.
21
00:02:46.140 --> 00:02:50.500
Dwight: But that time, I… I just went for it, and I was happier for it.
22
00:02:51.460 --> 00:02:52.440
Dwight: Now…
23
00:02:52.610 --> 00:03:00.829
Dwight: I want to listen to you. Of course, I can't hear you. You've got me coming in through your earbuds, or you're just watching me on the video screen on YouTube.
24
00:03:01.410 --> 00:03:02.290
Dwight: But…
25
00:03:02.510 --> 00:03:09.970
Dwight: We're going to use our imaginations, and I want to put you in the space where it's just you.
26
00:03:10.410 --> 00:03:11.320
Dwight: In me.
27
00:03:12.100 --> 00:03:14.540
Dwight: And I want to hear your version of this.
28
00:03:16.530 --> 00:03:18.550
Dwight: I know it's a tough exercise.
29
00:03:19.330 --> 00:03:21.129
Dwight: But, I'm here for it.
30
00:03:23.100 --> 00:03:29.549
Dwight: You don't need to have a standing ovation for this exercise. We don't need to dangle a carrot. You just.
31
00:03:30.860 --> 00:03:37.559
Dwight: You just need to have… A moment when you felt useful. When you felt heard.
32
00:03:38.360 --> 00:03:47.090
Dwight: When… You just had a chance to step up to the mic, or to…
33
00:03:48.060 --> 00:03:52.379
Dwight: Submit your… a work that you are incredibly proud of.
34
00:03:53.070 --> 00:03:55.070
Dwight: And it just felt right.
35
00:03:55.800 --> 00:04:01.209
Dwight: You were a little bit more of the you that you wanted to be and it was.
36
00:04:01.960 --> 00:04:05.090
Dwight: Great. You stepped into your moment.
37
00:04:06.960 --> 00:04:09.379
Dwight: You got something that's coming to mind?
38
00:04:10.790 --> 00:04:12.110
Dwight: Can you see it?
39
00:04:13.060 --> 00:04:14.459
Dwight: Can you feel it?
40
00:04:16.050 --> 00:04:17.379
Dwight: Can you remember it?
41
00:04:17.730 --> 00:04:19.150
Dwight: What was it like?
42
00:04:21.940 --> 00:04:26.140
Dwight: I want you to just have a vivid image of that memory.
43
00:04:26.310 --> 00:04:28.200
Dwight: And all that went with it.
44
00:04:31.510 --> 00:04:36.910
Dwight: Now, as we're going through this, I want to give credit where credit's due. A lot of this is…
45
00:04:37.350 --> 00:04:44.640
Dwight: It's coming from the learning that I'm doing on appreciative inquiry. We talked about that in an earlier episode.
46
00:04:44.740 --> 00:04:50.829
Dwight: And I've been doing a lot of work through the exchange organization.
47
00:04:51.490 --> 00:04:55.759
Dwight: Which, for anyone that wants to look it up, they spell it with…
48
00:04:55.890 --> 00:04:58.720
Dwight: Only the E at the end, so it starts with an X.
49
00:04:59.350 --> 00:05:01.889
Dwight: I'm exploring how… I'm exploring
50
00:05:02.640 --> 00:05:09.229
Dwight: How to begin with stories of what's working, and to use those stories to imagine and build
51
00:05:09.520 --> 00:05:11.230
Dwight: What could come next?
52
00:05:13.420 --> 00:05:17.609
Dwight: For today, we're going to start with that one experience that you just had.
53
00:05:17.970 --> 00:05:19.780
Dwight: Yeah, it's gonna be unique to you.
54
00:05:20.000 --> 00:05:24.869
Dwight: Everyone that hears this is gonna… it's gonna be their own show. They'll hear something different.
55
00:05:27.730 --> 00:05:40.260
Dwight: I want you to think about what you did when you experienced contributing well, and I want to look closely at it. Pull it apart. Think about the things that really worked.
56
00:05:41.790 --> 00:05:43.420
Dwight: This is an invitation.
57
00:05:43.690 --> 00:05:48.640
Dwight: To really dive in and look at all the pieces.
58
00:05:49.500 --> 00:05:51.619
Dwight: I want to be clear about what it's not.
59
00:05:52.340 --> 00:05:57.680
Dwight: We're not going to be Pollyanna about this. We're not pretending the bad stuff isn't there.
60
00:05:58.190 --> 00:06:03.970
Dwight: This is a way of dealing with the hard stuff, and we do it by…
61
00:06:05.140 --> 00:06:08.770
Dwight: Doubling down on the strengths, and pulling apart, and seeing
62
00:06:08.870 --> 00:06:10.730
Dwight: How it is that those work.
63
00:06:13.450 --> 00:06:26.789
Dwight: Don't get me wrong, there's… there is a place for dealing with the things that are difficult, with those weaknesses, but we're not going to waste the energy focusing on them. We're going to be so
64
00:06:27.480 --> 00:06:38.569
Dwight: Laser-focused on how it is that we're going to draw the best from the things that were our strengths to get us to our goals of excellence.
65
00:06:38.780 --> 00:06:47.889
Dwight: That all of those things that are problems, that are the things that people would want us to worry about, are going to be taken care of.
66
00:06:48.180 --> 00:06:50.420
Dwight: Because we are going to be.
67
00:06:50.730 --> 00:06:53.979
Dwight: That dialed in on the things that make us great.
68
00:06:55.060 --> 00:06:57.959
Dwight: We're looking for useful information.
69
00:06:58.630 --> 00:07:03.120
Dwight: We're not looking for a reason to blame you. This isn't a moment where.
70
00:07:03.280 --> 00:07:06.129
Dwight: We can hear someone saying, they're all gonna laugh at you.
71
00:07:07.050 --> 00:07:13.949
Dwight: No, this is… An important exercise and maybe one that you'll come back to.
72
00:07:14.240 --> 00:07:15.269
Dwight: time and again.
73
00:07:17.700 --> 00:07:25.529
Dwight: Alright, so what we're looking at is… it's a version of, when have you already done this? When have you already achieved some great goal?
74
00:07:27.370 --> 00:07:29.530
Dwight: If you're somewhere where you can reflect.
75
00:07:29.840 --> 00:07:31.499
Dwight: Stay with me for a moment.
76
00:07:31.980 --> 00:07:41.650
Dwight: My goodness, actually, break out pen and paper, if you want, and make this a journaling exercise. If you're driving, or doing something else that needs your attention.
77
00:07:41.990 --> 00:07:44.679
Dwight: Come back to these questions later.
78
00:07:45.120 --> 00:07:51.500
Dwight: I don't need you to run into a ditch. I don't want you to run into a tree. I don't want you to get hurt.
79
00:07:52.280 --> 00:07:59.070
Dwight: I just need you to, if you're in that space where you need hands on the wheel and eyes on the road.
80
00:07:59.610 --> 00:08:00.800
Dwight: Do that!
81
00:08:01.050 --> 00:08:05.860
Dwight: Just Just let this sink in, and know that you can come back to it later. It's fine.
82
00:08:08.990 --> 00:08:13.619
Dwight: Now, I want you to engage in a few simple thought exercises.
83
00:08:14.360 --> 00:08:16.970
Dwight: And I'm gonna leave a little bit of space
84
00:08:17.180 --> 00:08:27.569
Dwight: In between on the recording, so that if you are actively engaging with it, and you're listening, you can pause, or you can even skip back a little bit and replay.
85
00:08:28.100 --> 00:08:29.630
Dwight: So we'll just run through these.
86
00:08:31.300 --> 00:08:36.860
Dwight: Think of a specific time when you contributed something and felt engaged.
87
00:08:37.179 --> 00:08:39.789
Dwight: Useful. Or heard.
88
00:08:40.080 --> 00:08:41.329
Dwight: What was happening?
89
00:08:45.850 --> 00:08:48.030
Dwight: What did you actually do?
90
00:08:52.520 --> 00:08:53.890
Dwight: What helped you do it?
91
00:08:57.430 --> 00:09:01.239
Dwight: What did someone else do that made a difference?
92
00:09:04.690 --> 00:09:08.349
Dwight: What mattered to you enough that you participated?
93
00:09:13.820 --> 00:09:20.600
Dwight: Alright, so… That's the series of questions, and I just want to give you a little lifeline.
94
00:09:20.700 --> 00:09:26.079
Dwight: If you're sitting with those and wrestling with them and you can't think of something big.
95
00:09:26.270 --> 00:09:29.090
Dwight: Go smaller. It's okay.
96
00:09:29.240 --> 00:09:34.800
Dwight: We're not striving for the perfect example of something that you want to relive.
97
00:09:36.290 --> 00:09:44.640
Dwight: If it's something as simple as just having a conversation with a trusted friend, that's great. We can go with that.
98
00:09:44.950 --> 00:09:48.249
Dwight: I just want you to…
99
00:09:50.780 --> 00:09:56.669
Dwight: Walk through this, and be able to pull out the things that are going to help you to
100
00:09:57.550 --> 00:10:02.050
Dwight: Draw on that experience of something that worked well.
101
00:10:02.560 --> 00:10:04.880
Dwight: To be able to achieve.
102
00:10:05.000 --> 00:10:16.280
Dwight: anything else. It could be something that's a little bit harder, or maybe if in some frames of mind, you may think it's just out of reach, or just not something you can do.
103
00:10:17.120 --> 00:10:18.000
Dwight: All right.
104
00:10:20.410 --> 00:10:22.710
Dwight: Now, let's separate 3 things.
105
00:10:23.020 --> 00:10:26.360
Dwight: I want you to… Again, go back to that scenario.
106
00:10:28.690 --> 00:10:32.000
Dwight: In that scenario, What did you bring?
107
00:10:32.970 --> 00:10:34.859
Dwight: What did others contribute?
108
00:10:35.660 --> 00:10:38.760
Dwight: And what did the situation make possible?
109
00:10:42.210 --> 00:10:44.920
Dwight: And I'll throw out a hypothetical. Let's…
110
00:10:45.170 --> 00:10:49.190
Dwight: Imagine you shared an unfinished idea with two colleagues.
111
00:10:51.060 --> 00:10:56.520
Dwight: You understood the problem, and someone asked you for a genuine question. They were curious.
112
00:10:57.020 --> 00:11:04.099
Dwight: Nobody expected a polished presentation, but you brought your knowledge and willingness to share.
113
00:11:04.470 --> 00:11:06.339
Dwight: They brought their curiosity.
114
00:11:07.270 --> 00:11:11.280
Dwight: Zac Smith, That situation allowed the exploration of an early idea.
115
00:11:13.640 --> 00:11:22.400
Dwight: Now, what if those conditions could influence future situations.
116
00:11:22.620 --> 00:11:24.800
Dwight: You know, what about the next time?
117
00:11:28.500 --> 00:11:33.000
Dwight: What would be required of others to… to participate?
118
00:11:36.570 --> 00:11:37.630
Dwight: And…
119
00:11:38.160 --> 00:11:56.150
Dwight: I really want to get into the nuts and bolts of a situation where you think about a scenario, and you have something that's actually meaningful to you, because as much as possible, I'm trying to walk the balance of making this practical and real for you.
120
00:11:56.390 --> 00:11:59.850
Dwight: And getting out of the realm of.
121
00:11:59.990 --> 00:12:02.650
Dwight: Making it something that is just…
122
00:12:03.320 --> 00:12:08.260
Dwight: A nice idea, or saying it's all about mindset.
123
00:12:08.370 --> 00:12:12.169
Dwight: And I want to get you away from thinking that you are powerless.
124
00:12:12.970 --> 00:12:17.309
Dwight: You have more influence than you may even imagine.
125
00:12:19.950 --> 00:12:23.529
Dwight: I want you to think about what it was that you remembered.
126
00:12:25.470 --> 00:12:28.320
Dwight: Confidence may have helped you act.
127
00:12:28.510 --> 00:12:33.740
Dwight: Or… You may have acted while you were still unsure.
128
00:12:34.250 --> 00:12:40.090
Dwight: Either way… You now have something more specific to work with than.
129
00:12:40.310 --> 00:12:42.129
Dwight: I need to be more confident.
130
00:12:50.650 --> 00:12:53.929
Dwight: In that remembered scenario.
131
00:12:54.690 --> 00:12:59.889
Dwight: I'm sure that there are lots of angles that you can use to
132
00:13:01.940 --> 00:13:10.629
Dwight: play What If, and think about how things happen, and whenever we go through the process of remembering things.
133
00:13:10.830 --> 00:13:16.170
Dwight: It's been proven that we… we relive them. We… we never…
134
00:13:17.180 --> 00:13:19.709
Dwight: step through the same river twice.
135
00:13:20.210 --> 00:13:24.910
Dwight: To… to quote an old ancient philosopher.
136
00:13:27.040 --> 00:13:29.150
Dwight: And I want you to…
137
00:13:29.380 --> 00:13:35.690
Dwight: Draw from that bank of memories in such a way that you can pull the best of you forward.
138
00:13:36.710 --> 00:13:39.149
Dwight: Pull the aspects of what you remember.
139
00:13:39.630 --> 00:13:43.059
Dwight: Into something that you can carry with you and use.
140
00:13:43.540 --> 00:13:45.690
Dwight: At some future juncture.
141
00:13:45.860 --> 00:13:51.589
Dwight: Because I believe that we all weave a rich tapestry in this thing called life.
142
00:13:52.330 --> 00:13:58.000
Dwight: And we're foolish to throw away those threads Of things that were…
143
00:13:59.320 --> 00:14:02.960
Dwight: Maybe inconsequential the first time we encountered them.
144
00:14:03.210 --> 00:14:07.340
Dwight: But I'm a true believer in how they inform.
145
00:14:07.530 --> 00:14:11.390
Dwight: Who it is that we're becoming, and who we need to grow into.
146
00:14:15.390 --> 00:14:20.789
Dwight: If you think about that moment that you had when you had that success.
147
00:14:22.560 --> 00:14:24.149
Dwight: I want you to think about.
148
00:14:24.630 --> 00:14:28.269
Dwight: What kind of contribution became a little more possible in your life?
149
00:14:30.450 --> 00:14:32.010
Dwight: And if you could repeat it.
150
00:14:33.140 --> 00:14:35.560
Dwight: What would that look like into the future?
151
00:14:36.630 --> 00:14:43.549
Dwight: If you could keep having versions of those little successes that you pull forward, that you draw from.
152
00:14:43.700 --> 00:14:45.479
Dwight: What could be different next week?
153
00:14:45.650 --> 00:14:50.819
Dwight: And if you compound that, Where could your life go?
154
00:14:51.520 --> 00:14:52.810
Dwight: In the years to come.
155
00:14:56.860 --> 00:14:58.830
Dwight: Now, I also want you to think about
156
00:15:00.280 --> 00:15:03.619
Dwight: What's one condition that you would want to recreate?
157
00:15:05.090 --> 00:15:12.989
Dwight: What's one thing that you could request? Or, what's one thing that you could roll up your sleeves and help establish?
158
00:15:16.610 --> 00:15:19.620
Dwight: Let's think about a few things that might be possibilities.
159
00:15:20.490 --> 00:15:26.549
Dwight: Could you… Share an early draft with one trusted.
160
00:15:26.710 --> 00:15:30.719
Dwight: person, and… Ask for specific feedback.
161
00:15:32.250 --> 00:15:40.869
Dwight: Maybe… You could ask for the purpose or discussion question before your next meeting.
162
00:15:42.020 --> 00:15:47.179
Dwight: kind of… Give yourself the gift of a little clarity.
163
00:15:48.950 --> 00:15:56.149
Dwight: Maybe you could protect a short block of time for exploration without requiring there to be a finished product.
164
00:15:57.880 --> 00:16:02.480
Dwight: That way, you can have a little time to… go to…
165
00:16:02.980 --> 00:16:05.940
Dwight: Different places, and not just be focused on
166
00:16:06.190 --> 00:16:11.379
Dwight: Doing the next thing and being so task oriented, have a little play.
167
00:16:14.470 --> 00:16:20.810
Dwight: And maybe you could… Just reach out and ask for someone's perspective.
168
00:16:21.040 --> 00:16:23.519
Dwight: When you normally wouldn't.
169
00:16:24.370 --> 00:16:31.870
Dwight: Because… Sometimes it's more fun to… Invite companions on.
170
00:16:32.260 --> 00:16:36.910
Dwight: Different adventures and… and the quests, or the demands of the day.
171
00:16:41.320 --> 00:16:44.960
Dwight: I want to leave you with a little exercise.
172
00:16:45.080 --> 00:16:47.309
Dwight: Kind of like the questions we asked before.
173
00:16:48.190 --> 00:16:51.289
Dwight: But this is just a little bit of a prompt that you can.
174
00:16:51.560 --> 00:16:57.380
Dwight: Use to motivate yourself to build a checklist of sorts, or a to-do list.
175
00:16:58.850 --> 00:17:00.629
Dwight: So here we go, we're gonna do it…
176
00:17:02.060 --> 00:17:05.819
Dwight: Mad Lib style, but I'm not gonna give a part of speech, I'm just gonna
177
00:17:06.520 --> 00:17:08.079
Dwight: Put in a little silence.
178
00:17:09.750 --> 00:17:10.850
Dwight: So here we go.
179
00:17:11.040 --> 00:17:14.930
Dwight: In the next 7 days, I will try.
180
00:17:17.170 --> 00:17:23.030
Dwight: with support from… And I will notice…
181
00:17:28.250 --> 00:17:38.730
Dwight: Now, I want you to… Notice that, you weren't just feeling… confidence.
182
00:17:38.970 --> 00:17:41.850
Dwight: In the scenario that you imagined before.
183
00:17:45.710 --> 00:17:50.349
Dwight: I want you to sit and notice where you actually.
184
00:17:50.710 --> 00:17:54.269
Dwight: Inhabited the experience, where you participated.
185
00:17:55.110 --> 00:17:58.890
Dwight: And I want you to… What helped?
186
00:18:02.050 --> 00:18:08.049
Dwight: And I know that things don't always go perfectly, but here's the thing, you've lived through it.
187
00:18:08.770 --> 00:18:11.040
Dwight: What is it that you'd want to adjust?
188
00:18:13.010 --> 00:18:14.800
Dwight: You're in complete control.
189
00:18:16.710 --> 00:18:21.940
Dwight: Now I want to take things to a level that we keep them very practical.
190
00:18:23.950 --> 00:18:32.159
Dwight: If you lead a team, There's another question here. When someone contributes well, do we simply praise them?
191
00:18:32.540 --> 00:18:36.810
Dwight: Or do we get curious about what helped that contribution happen?
192
00:18:42.410 --> 00:18:45.249
Dwight: Now we're going to take this to the place of being in a workshop.
193
00:18:47.290 --> 00:18:50.920
Dwight: Think of a time this team did work you were proud of.
194
00:18:52.100 --> 00:18:54.210
Dwight: What did we each contribute?
195
00:18:55.160 --> 00:18:56.909
Dwight: What helped us work together?
196
00:18:58.960 --> 00:19:02.269
Dwight: What would we need to make more of that possible?
197
00:19:05.860 --> 00:19:09.829
Dwight: And… Now I'm just going to ask you.
198
00:19:10.950 --> 00:19:15.289
Dwight: You don't have to be someone that manages a team for this to matter.
199
00:19:15.690 --> 00:19:18.720
Dwight: You can ask these questions with a collaborator.
200
00:19:19.250 --> 00:19:20.779
Dwight: With the creative partner.
201
00:19:21.420 --> 00:19:24.110
Dwight: or… Just someone who keeps you going.
202
00:19:26.010 --> 00:19:39.259
Dwight: This is the kind of inquiry I want to help people practice — individually and together. Understanding what supports meaningful contribution, then making a deliberate choice about what comes next.
203
00:19:42.330 --> 00:19:45.049
Dwight: In the beginning, we started with a moment.
204
00:19:45.860 --> 00:19:48.369
Dwight: You looked at what you brought and what helped.
205
00:19:49.110 --> 00:19:53.030
Dwight: Then you chose one condition to try again.
206
00:19:55.090 --> 00:19:59.829
Dwight: You don't have to solve your entire relationship with confidence this week.
207
00:20:00.920 --> 00:20:03.809
Dwight: You have a real experience to learn from.
208
00:20:04.060 --> 00:20:06.079
Dwight: And a next step to test.
209
00:20:07.670 --> 00:20:09.350
Dwight: At For the Love of Creatives.
210
00:20:09.470 --> 00:20:17.729
Dwight: We serve heart-centered creatives who want to move from surviving in isolation to thriving in community.
211
00:20:18.230 --> 00:20:21.340
Dwight: Part of that is learning what helps us contribute.
212
00:20:21.510 --> 00:20:24.999
Dwight: And how we can help create those conditions for one another.
213
00:20:26.320 --> 00:20:31.680
Dwight: If you'd like my help exploring this in your own work or with your team.
214
00:20:32.030 --> 00:20:33.200
Dwight: Contact me.
215
00:20:34.180 --> 00:20:36.310
Dwight: We can provide a link in the show notes.
216
00:20:36.780 --> 00:20:39.730
Dwight: And I'll have to make a mental note to make sure that happens.
217
00:20:40.180 --> 00:20:46.950
Dwight: And we can talk about what you want to make possible, and whether working together is a fit.
218
00:20:48.420 --> 00:20:53.329
Dwight: In any case, you can leave a note wherever you're listening.
219
00:20:53.740 --> 00:20:55.960
Dwight: We read the comments.
220
00:20:56.960 --> 00:20:59.850
Dwight: Or reach out to us on the speak pipe.
221
00:21:00.070 --> 00:21:03.890
Dwight: But however you want to reach out, we're always listening.
